transformative programming

We’ve worked with survivors of genocide in Rwanda, with incarcerated men and women and their families all over the state of California, with social justice leaders, law enforcement agencies, schools, non-profit organizations, healthcare and wellness groups, descendants of Holocaust survivors, and some of today’s fastest growing companies. Hover over "who we serve," above, to read more about our varied programs.

Our council-based programming is designed to cultivate positive interaction in a variety of professional, business and organizational settings. Center for Council programs increase individual wellness, deepen cooperation and interpersonal relationships, and lead to a more resilient and generative organizational culture.

All our programs are structured in a way that creates a "ripple effect." Participants learn the skills and pedagogy of council practice, equipping them with the tools they need to facilitate council circles for their peers and to become agents of change within their own communities and organizations.
